TRAINING PROPOSAL

Abo Elmagd’s approach is a modern reclaim of the Socratic method of teaching where the trainees are not passively receiving information via long speeches and PowerPoint slides.


Trainees spend the time of the training sessions conducting supervised experiential learning games and processes, answering questions, role-playing, and participating in discussions, where the instructor exposes contradictions in mindset and beliefs hence, able to guide them towards effective solutions and business conclusions.
